In western European blitzkrieg scenario or hostage rescue etc,,,we have different requirement plus advances in material science will ensure that bullet proof vests reduce effectiveness of this round.Kudos John@django
Actually 5.56 calliber is tactically important cuz it only injured people and thats why engage two more people therefore, 3 men become busy during a war not like 7.76 which only kills.
