its not in Top 10 i guess. I can remember an article that was saying we are ranked at 10-12th in highest internet speed (don't know if we are back in top 10 or not).

I have 8mbps internet connection from O2. If i pay 1 or 2 pounds more i can get 20 mbps too but i am happy with 8mbps also. I know some services providing 24mbps and even 50mbps in UK. I believe 50 mbps is maximum here

And I have a 256 kbps line in India ;-)

The best speed is in South Korea followed by Holland and then US
( as per my personal experience) Germany was OK.
