We have two types of extremists in Pakistan.

The Religious ones and the Liberal ones.

He belongs to the latter type.

I disagree, In a moderate, democractic nation, his views will be considered the norm.

The extremists on the left side tends to be Anarchists, communists or socialists.

Faujhistorians views in a rational, moderate society would be considered mainstream. A Liberal extremist would not brook religion even in personal lives.

However, if you live in a religiously extremist countries, a moderate democrat would be seen as an extremist.
