I called my relatives living in the middle of Islamabad, and no electricity all night, no water all day and no gas for the best part of the day!!!!

I remember a year back, the line man came to our house to get the meter reading, and my grand mother said to him that there is no electricity all day, reading kam hi hogi. And he said that alot of people don't pay bills.


Although this is a light hearted thread, I would like to say that we have grown impatient and irresponsible to some extent. Case in point, when a area was deprived of electricity because they didn't pay bills for the last 1 year, protests occurred and out roar. Ripple have to take account of themselves as well.

As I say a lot, a person urinating in the corridor of Mayo hospital is not zardaris fault.

BTW, we do pay bills. By we I mean my near family.
