trust me i never use any way lolz . i was sick from bad taste smell and burning .so i decide many time to quit .i once leave it 3 days then 9 days then i say to myself yes i can so i once stop it 1 month then after smoking 3 days i decide now no more so i stop totally buy cigarettes now almost 3 months i never buy .leave it yaar its only can be quit with will power and stay on your promise to your self .
