There is a Hadeeth in which Prophet Muhammad S.A.W said "Jis ne shaadi nahi ki woh hum main se nahi"

Is liye shaadi bari zarori cheez hai balke bari kamal ki cheez hai

According to a Hadis Prophet sallALLAHu alaihi wasalam said if you can not marry than Fast. This will keep your desires (related to saitan) controlled.
