Because when you analyze the facts, there is absolutely no need for Israel to have been involved in the recent Indian escalation. The reasons being given are along the lines of 'Israel sent her forces to man Indian defence systems'? Why would Israel do that? The Indian military is more than capable of using her own weapons. Please don't do the same thing that the Indians do with the Pakistani military - call it incompetent and a 'real estate development military'. The Indians essentially malign Pakistan by saying everything Pakistan has is nothing but a paint job on Chinese maal. Underestimating your enemy is a huge mistake.

Additionally, the only thing Israel has to fear from Pakistan are Pakistan's nuclear weapons falling into the wrong hands. Neither the US nor the Israelis have an interest in Pakistan disintegrating or weakening as a State to the point that her nuclear command and control is destroyed and these nuclear weapons fall into the hands of terrorist groups.

Yes, back in the eighties it is possible that Israel was concerned over how Pakistan's nuclear program might be used against her, but a lot of time has passed since then and Pakistan has unofficially and officially reassured Israel that Pakistan's nuclear weapons are not going to target Israel. Today, with Pakistan growing closer to Saudi Arabia, and the Iranians threatening Pakistan & Saudi Arabia, Israel has a vested interest in engaging with Pakistan constructively.

It's real, PM met senior journalists today and he informed India along with Israel was planning to attack but the message was dilevered and things defused.

Hamid Mir in today's Capital talk also asked FM about this and he admitted.

Its really sad that Israel would get involved like that. Supplying /arms ammo etc is another thing altogether. Russia supplies arms/ammo to both China & India but doesn't get involved like that. Pakistan has , as a state policy never treated Israel as an adversary and here we are.
