What twin engine Jet Fighter Suits PAF Doctrine?

there is Big IF on aircraft.. if chosen it will help us in replacement of F-16 with TFX..

For the same amount PAF would get 100-110 SU-35. The same engine can be used for TFX, PAK-FA, J-31 and J-20.

Engine for TFX is not yet selected. even if EJ-230 is selected still the SU 35 engine could also be chosen because of multiple engine suppliers it could be marketed to various customers.

Personally PAF should have opted to procure the Single Engine TFX designs and started its research along the lines of the Turkish Twin engine TFX. As both the aircraft would have been similar hence they would have commonality in parts as well as other systems. If you may know the Turkish Air Force is not too inclined towards the F-35's this aircraft would have given TUAF an other option to replace the F-16's.

More over still the Market is open for a single engine 5 th Gen Aircraft. So the product would be available to all those countries that are feeling that F-35 is not the right aircraft for them. These countries are therefor opting for older solutions like the F-18 Super Hornet, EFT and F-15's (Note Rafale's cost more) or try to make their own 5 th gen aircraft. e.g KSA, Republic of South Korea, Japan, Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia and also the Arab countries who fear that USA is not going to deliver the F-35's in the most advance stealth configuration.

The issue is funds according to the government. As for the SU-35 deal, that's Chinese and the Chinese already have significant infrastructure in place for the aircraft. There has not been any formal offer from Russia either to Pakistan.

If Pakistan plays its cards in the right manner, funds issue can be nullified.

This idea may not be the best but something can be worked out. Give access of CPEC inside Pakistan to Russia on soft terms. Let 10,000 tonnage of transport go free every month. Russia can pay China 50% of the amount but from Pakistan's side there will be no fee. (If pakistan-China have such contract for payment for usage by other countries). Negotiate with China for minimising duty for Russian cargo travelling through China.

Convince Russia that SU35 is required for protection of this corridor as well as Maritime route protection up to hundreds or thousands of km. Chinese may or maynot deploy their aircrafts in Gawadar but Pakistan will protect Russia's interest in this region.
Get a SU35 version that has good EW suite to "fry" the datalink systems of US drones, effectively stopping drone attacks without shooting it down. The yanks will think twice before coming in with an aerial strike package inside Pakistan when SU35 will be around as the role of interceptor will get handed over from F-16 to SU35.
Similarly, announce a "dry aerial day" (no UAV, no military aircraft of any other country) in balochistan and KPK when Russian cargo will be moving up and down. Ask Russia for Pantsir S-1 to ensure enforcement.
Ask Russia for Mi-28 for secondary escort purpose of Russian cargo if required, primary purpose being decimating extremists in the border region (durand line).

If Russia fails to provide any weapons under any pressure of USA/India etc, ask Russia to waive of blockade of Chinese J-11 series to Pakistan. Let Pakistan buy J-11 series from China.

I'd say a few points are right i.e. giving Russia access etc, but the SU-35 deal is just not happening. It's a mammoth task for the PAF to operate the jet, especially with a view that the PAF has always preferred Western aircraft, and the funds issue, but then you did negate that with the concessions on the CPEC route.
The J-11 point sounds realistic and if the PAF went shopping for Western electronics, and you would end up with a potent aircraft.

Sir as per several reports Russia stops engines supplies for indigenously build / copy (out of original contract with Russia) even as per original agreement China can't export these aircrafts to 3rd country and Chinese have to use Russian avionics, After 100 Russian Kits assembled in China they started to work on indigenous copy of J-11 named J-11B but they fails to build Jet engines as reliable as Russian one and above all Russia gets angry over it.

On a serious note listen brother there are two things we like it we buy it and we need it and we procure it.

Double engine or air superiority fighter jets quite expensive to maintain and procure, we didn't have any offer even Chinese producing Russian jets copies at home which i believe not allowed to export and Americans Jets are so expensive and prone to sanctions no sane person advise to go for it.

Double engine means near double fuel consumption, double maintenance as compares to single engine and what they offer just heavy payloads, some security (if one engine flames out still pilot can rescue plane and himself) and extended range.

In war---most of the time a 20 lb sledge hammer approach is better than the finesse of a 5 lb hammer.

And if you get the opportunity---you would rather sneak in 10000 kg of weapons than 4000 kg of weapons---the muliplier effect of the destruction caused by one heavy load is many times more than that cause by a 4000kg load---.
