I always check my pockets for the following things before I go out of the house...

1. Left trouser/ Jeans pocket for mobile
2. Right trouser/ Jeans pocket for Cigarrette+Lighter+Car key
3. Back right trouser/ Jeans pocket for Wallet (Always have all my cards+ID+Cash+Some important business cards)
4. Back left trouser/ Jeans pocket for coins (optional for karak chai as I always keep coins for that in my car)
5. Hinged on top of my shirt for Sun-glass (I go practically blind in this middle east sun glare)
6. Always keep a can of Deodorant + coins+ mobile charger in my car (One charger in my office desk too)

Males could carry/use them if they are worried about aquiring STDs/HIV.

Females could carry/use them if they are worried about getting pregnant. Males don't get pregnant so it is not their problem.
