These painting giving me an instant feeling of divinity, mysticism and love.

I generally dont have a particular taste in painting... but i like colours and themes and then it can be any painting like abstract, conceptual, spiritual etc above all u can analyze personality from choice of painting
this painting just sparkle/warm my heart

it seems like 80s era showing a dedicated mother/house wife.. everything seems peaceful

and this one from Up

and this indian one tooo (Yes, it is painting )

Talking about Indian art .
Here is one I find attractive ..

But for me , the great treasure of mughal art has been portrayed and saved by abdurrehman chughtai as you can see in the previous page I posted ..
I like delicacy and poetic things ..

I love paintings related to palaces , Kings , Queens , birds , flowers , .. everything colourful and glorious "Aaleeshaan" is my choice .. .

Calligraphy and painting are two different things .

Talking about calligraphy , I learnt Arabic calligraphy in the uni a bit, wrote Allah's names myself .
No idea about Japanese but Arabic is very fantastic . But I'll look into Japanese too , thanks for mentioning .

Calligraphy and painting are two different things .

i was referring my post... there is a picture... we usually have this kind of pic on imported items like vase, handfan and other decoration pieces...

Yar waqai me. aaj tak mujhy samaj nahe aaya koooonnnnn pagal log hay jo aisy paintings ki b 100 se ziada ki qeemat lagaty hay or inhy dekne numaaysho me jaty hay. chalo banany wala to hay he pagal, baki dunya ko kia ho gya.
