Ok here is how it works. PDF uses Google ads or known as "Adsense" . These ads work on Geographic-Internet Protocol (ip) basis. If publisher of the ads has listed the country you are from you will see the ads from that publisher, If a person who has US ip visits PDF he will most probably see ads which are meant for American audience, because there is no point of display An American health care ad to a person who lives in South Asia
