Electricity issue will remain for many years but chronic shortages will be thing of past by next year and by 2019 even better. If you are expecting european like uninterrupted electricity to every Pakistani home 24/7 by next year then thats unrealistic. As there are issues of theft/line losses/recovery along with infrastructure.
