India Pak relations will start to improve as soon as pakistan gets a competent leadership. the political ability of pakistani politicians is zilch. for pakistan there is no question of war with india. in terms of resources it is atleast ten times larger than pakistan. and wars are all about resources. therefore pakistan must handle india politically, which is exactly what pakistani leaders are incapable of. one can look at hitlers example to see what political victories look like. he was a greater politician than a war leader. he had a series of political victories upto 1939.
because of this political vacuum in pakistan the military has taken over policy matters. and let me put this on record, the two descendents of british india army have no clue what war is. no wonder at times delusional war-with-india related statements come from pakistan.
