Hey I wasn't talking abt the partition, that of course was Hindus fault. After living under Muslim rule for so long they figured it would be unfair to keep muslims in a hindu majority state. I agree

Seriously, I was talking abt Muslims being únited' for thousand years. Thats a myth being paddled here, I mean muslims across the world.

Brother khilafat is the only way we muslims will come back in this world... It also said in the Hadith of Holy Prophet (SA)...

So you like it or not, Khilafat is the only way we muslims will rise.. And we are very close to khilafat according to the hadith in the video given below. I have seen many famous Islamic Scholar quoting this hadith.....

What prevents my brother, Through history great Muslim states have arisen and it includes, Many peoples, languages, religions, customs and traditions

If you can't see the video i will summarize the hadith for you. Its found in Sahihs and Sunan of Ahmed.... The Holy Prophet (SA), in this hadiths tells about the eras that our ummah will have to face in the future.. He mentioned five eras in this hadith. those eras are :-

1) The era of Prophethood ... Prophet (SA) said that I will remain between you as long as Allah wishes, and then then this Prophethood will be raised from you...... this was the first era of muslims


2) The era of Khilafat under the way of Islam. In this He (SA) said said that then the Ummah will see the leadership (khilafat) , that will be according to the path of Prophethood.. HE (SA) told us that after me, you will see khilafat.

We saw this that after Holy Prophet (SA) their were khilifahs in our Ummah...

3) The era of long kingdoms.Prophet (SA) said that then Ummah will see kingdoms that will last for long periods.. .... We saw this in the age of Ummayads, Abbasids, Fatimis, Usmanis (Ottoman) empire,etc which lasted for Centuries....


4) The Era of Cruelty and rule by force. Holy Prophet (SA) said that you will see the rule of Force and Cruelty over Muslims... It fulfills our current day era, after the Ottoman Empire was destroyed..

We are living in this 4th age.... But Holy Prophet (SA) also mention the age that will come after this era of Cruelty and rule by force over Muslims... the fifth Era is as follows:----

5) the Era of Khilafat under the way of Islam. Holy Prophet (SA) said that then my Ummah will see the Khilafat that will be according to the Law of Islam....

The most interesting thing about the fifth era mentioned in the Hadith is that, Holy Prophet (SA) used the same phrase to mention the Khilafat of Four Pious Caliphs and the Khilafat that is to come in near future insha Allah. It means that the Khilafat that is to come insha Allah is same as the Khilafat of the Four Pious Khalifahs of Islam was.. we will achieve same glories as our Four Pious Khalifahs achieved in their age....

So we muslims will see Khilafat very soon inshaAllah. If not in our lifetime, but our children will see it for sure..

So it is a duty of every muslim to struggle for Khilafat as far as his capacity is.. those who can't do anything should at least pray to Allah that this khilafat comes as early as possible...

this hadith has proved its authenticity since last 1400 years.. we have seen every era in the same sequence as given in hadith... Insha Allah will see Khilafat soon...

Well dont know if anyone has mentioned this before in this thread but if you had said just 70, 80 years ago that Europe would be united under the banner of "European Union" people who have most probably laughed at you as well. Franco-German rivalry was at its highest at that point not to mention the centuries old rivalry between England and France who only united against a common enemy.

So to say that Islamic Unity is impossible is wrong. However the process has to be gradual. You cant expect one day all of a sudden muslim countries joining together. Step one should be to merge our economies together so we have to rely on each other just like the countries who founded the EU did. EU enlargement was a gradual process taking about 40, 50 years to reach its current size so we shouldnt expect the impossible, which is muslim countries joining together all of a sudden but we can expect the possible which is a potential muslim state encompassing ethnicities and languages.
