Bangladesh is fundamentally a Pakistan hating nation. It is part of the Bangladeshi nationalism to hate Pakistan. Although officially Bangladesh is friendly to every nation but in reality Bangladeshi nationalism is based on anti-Pakistan sentiments.

Geographically Bangladesh is far away from Pakistan. Bangladesh has literally only one neighbor. India. If Bangladesh has no relation with Pakistan ( There is none except history) there would be zero effect on Bangladesh or Pakistan. So nobody cares about any relationship between the two nations.

There is a pro-Pakistan mainstream party in Bangladesh. It is Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). It is now in crisis because of its corrupt leaders and controversial leaders like Tareque Zia and others. Even if this party again comes in power the other party Bangladesh Awami League will make sure Bangladeshis hate Pakistan to core for the rest of Bangladesh existence. Awami League is openly pro-India party. Its fundamental policy is to improve India-Bangladesh relationship and make pro-India atmosphere in Bangladesh. The other party BNP wants Bangladeshis to hate India more and have less bitter towards Pakistan but due to Awami League activists BNP is still not successful in their mission to make pro-Pakistan atmosphere in Bangladesh.
