It's expensive.

Although, I have seen some folks go into iftar parties at Pizza Hut and elsewhere.

@nuclearpak
What big appetite yaar? My 1 paratha fits inside a quarter size plate. About the high liquid intake (pani & lassi & other liquid stuff), I need it if I'm to survive my fasts (a medical problem).
My iftari hell is way less than most peoples'.

Is this a time for prayers & fasting or feasting ? it seems to be more latter by reading these posts...:disagree:

I heard Turkey people have beer in their Iftari? Is that true?

Who offers Tarabhi Namaj of 20 Rataks in Ramadan?

It is very difficult for me.

Start with khajoor, then sharbat.

This is followed by chicken roles, samosas, breaded chicken strips, almond short cakes and salad.

Then another round of sharbat.

Now we go the main meal consisting of keema rice, chicken korma and some more salad.

Then third round of sherbat.

Now head is spinning, feeling bloated, but still want to eat.

Now I go for everything together in one plate.

Then comes the bed as I can't walk anymore.

This is me very soon.

Spring Rolls are a chinese cuisine, we often eat them for iftar. Especially Shrimp, Chicken and Beef spring rolls :tongue:.

There is a local proverb for this situation when you want to eat more....... " Payt bher gaya par niyyat nai bheree" :)
