What did you eat today in Sehri & Iftari

No mention of palak paneer, aaloo bhujiya, baingan ka bhurta?

All taste yummy with a roti or going by you guys' fav paratha

By the way I dont like the "synthetic" tasting Dawn paratha - there is no substituting the real deal.
 
why kerela its so bitter instead put say baigan or gobi in veg or just chole masala anything but not kerela

again, sticking to the basics!
a paratha, a bowl of yoghourt and lots n lots of water!!
i dont think there is anything facinating to eat in sehri . . its all about Iftar!! ;)

so again a pretty basic Sehri and again looking forward to Iftar! :P
 
i wasn't feeling well so couldn't eat anything

had some chicken noodles and half sandwich in Iftaari

my interpretation of it is --- those who gain weight during Ramzan (i.e. those who stuff their faces like gluttons) are defeating the whole purpose of it

eating too much food after fasting actually makes me a bit sleepy....all the blood rushes to the stomach. It's almost impossible to be productive after a large iftar (breaking of fast)....so best to stick to reasonable portion

we eat meat in general --not just during celebration....a lot of people do

atlast, now that what i call EaTiNg . . .
Rice, Chicken Salan, Samosa, Kachories, Pakora, Dahi Pulkian and again, lots and lots of water and cold drinks!!
i had a wonderful Iftar!
