Seems like Pakistan has nuclear wepons and India has bananas. If there is war and Pakistan uses nuclear wepons, India will not run to UN or USA. First thing india does is inform the world and UN to take off the name plate of Pakistan from UN table and declare one country less on the list from now onwards.

You have to wonder then why Pakistan spends so much on conventional arms that the ratio with India is 2 to 1.
If Pakistan has the nukes because of India convention and/or nuclear threat then why keep a conventional force only equipped to fight India when there is war to the west?
That being said, this tactical nuclear weapons are a bluff.
It doesn't work, and the Indians are going to call this bluff because the difference in strategic and tactical nuclear weapons is not the size or yield but the place they drop it City vs Tank brigade

The assumption from India's preceptive is that nuclear weapons are unusable. Once you use them the world goes to hell, so we don't know know what will happen, perhaps MAD? But once you have nuclear weapons, nations then pay to protect them, advance them because a proper nuclear doctrine determines they are unusable weapons and do everything not to use them and resort to diplomacy.
Russia isn't risking nuclear war over Crimea and Ukraine AFAIK and that should tell you something. Japan gets threatened all the time by China, but never with nuclear threats. NK, Pakistani leaders are probably the only leaders to threaten other nations with nuclear weapons on national TVs.
It is also important to note that large number or ICBMs from Russia, America and IRBM from China and India are being turned into tactical weapons with conventional warheads. I kid you not.
