Apparently, this tweet somewhat goes against the present government. It implies, though very subtly, that the Balakot strikes were carried out, without giving due considerations to its implications.

Any force will have to take both active and defensive postures during an operation based on what they have to deal with, if would be foolish to not consider defensive posture when BVRs in play. Anyone gone through training knows it very well that if your defense is strong your attack will be more stronger.

Some people here can jump mount everest out of excitement if any statement remotely meets there narratives.

Only Indian SU-30 MKI can carry any potent BVR missiles. All otrher IAF platforms have minimal BVR capabilities or Radars not matching with the BVR range they carry.
There are only 250 odd SU-30 in IAF..
On PAF side the Entire F-16 and JF-17 fleet can carry BVR with matching radars and well Practiced maneuvers.
It was better network centric capabilities that won the Feb-27 Air war.
