It definitely can. SD-10 is a very new missile. IAF has no idea how it behaves in air. What its flight envolope is like. IAF has been training with AMRAAM equipped fighters since decades. Yet they were not able to evade it.

JF-17 is a surprise for Indians. And Pakistan Air Force is very proud of its performance lately. Trust me when I say this. We dont need any more 4th Gen fighters. 4.5 is another thing. But we are sorted when it comes to a 4th generation fighter fleet.

Admitting mistakes, and thinking that this makes you more humble, is neither necessary nor sufficient to put anyone on the path to progress. But i agree that it is a very good step, provided it is more widespread.

Have Pakistanis changed since the late 1990s when you began slipping behind India in many indices?

Maybe you are saying that the present generation has changed seeing the mistakes of the previous generation. Maybe this is why you chose IK to 'lead' your country, and some folks have decided to swat away the previous set of politicians.
