According to the Law of the Sea, sea police patrols has the right to pursuit foreign vessels violating the provisions of the law of Vietnam if the boat is in the internal waters, territorial sea and contiguous zone Vietnam. Sea police patrols has the right to pursuit after sending signal to illegal ships to stopped to have inspection , but that ship does not abide.

The pursuit may be continued outside the boundary of the territorial sea or contiguous zone without interruption. Right of pursuit also applies to violations of national sovereignty, national jurisdiction of Vietnam, violation within the safety belt and on the artificial island, equipment, works at sea exclusive economic zone and continental shelf of Vietnam.

With Russian raketa we shoot down mange of US B52 Bombardier of US air force. Itu Aba is close to our mainland and in surrounding we have some islands, it's easy and accessible.
