This is interbank it was 125 yesterday it is not fluctuating it is coming down smooth. The open market is driving dollar down which is crashing.

It is not fluctuating but upper and lower barrier. Many exchanger are not even buying dollar
It is crashing and SPB is trying hard to buy it and stop the crash but nothing it working. Tomorrow dollar will trade below 120 in interbank that means 110 in open market.
Now how a country where dollar is falling needs a bailout?

US is skeptical because of Chinese in Pakistan. They have no problems with Pak going for IMF. But none of that money should ever reach China.
