Pakistan (establishment) can actually come out with a sweet deal, retain its nukes at the present level, stop being a pariah State in all the club's, and actually start doing something for its people instead of for themselves.

Let me make it simple...being anti India is the pro..everything and anything else in the con is acceptable If the pro is satisfied. .your commoners aren't smart enough to figure it out..though your establishment and your tiny elite are smart enough to fleece the commoners for another 100 more years.

To be fair...you have no business competing with India...pakistan isn't in the same ball park to compete. What pakistan needs is decades of relative secluded peaceful period of time to grow and get itself in shape.
The tendency to compete and bring in foreign players - read cento seato or chinese puddle - complicates and messes up pakistan itself when big powers start treating it like they own it.

The paranoia surrounding pakistan regarding India is a created one by the establishment so that it can keep feasting itself on the scare tactics.

This is quite amusing. An Indian pretending to be an expert on affairs related to Pakistan, but than again that's almost every Indian on this very board and your perception and argument couldn't be further from the truth.

Pakistan's Establishment and by that i am assuming you mean Pakistan's Strategic Planners associated with the Armed Forces of Pakistan. The Officers serving in this so called Establishment are Common Middle Class Pakistani's, not some rich Plutocrats that are looting the country as your media makes it out to be. They are Common Pakistani's with families and kids. Any decisions they make, they make it for the betterment of the Nation and not themselves.

Their paranoia or whatever you want to call it regarding India is not based on scare tactics, but on threat perception. They see India's posturing and deployments and than make an accurate analysis how best to tackle that threat. Pakistan will make a decision that suits her own needs, not that of India or the US. Rest be assured, if a decision is taken by our Strategic Planners it will be done after a thorough analysis keeping Pakistan's interests in mind and not those of others.

I suggest you keep your obsession, paranoia, and propaganda to yourself because you're not fooling anyone here.
