Firstly, the Pak Establishment has not given all the evidence as provided by India to the courts.

Secondly, Lakhvi being the head honcho of the LeT, and thus Pakistan's 'strategic asset', the Establishment will ensure that nothing ever happens to him.

I don't know why we can't see this reality? It's a lost cause.

And needless to say, this yahoo has the best treatment in jail thanks to the Establishment - from free cell phones to TVs, magazines, newspapers, friends and terrorists rank and file who are allowed to meet him whenever he wants. He's even fathered a child in jail!!!

So it really doesn't matter whether he's in or out of the cooler. He's having a ball anyways at the state's expense. He's the 'good' terrorist, you know. But it's just a question of time when he join ranks with the TTP and brings more mayhem to Pakistan, like thousands of others who've switched sides. Seems the Establishment will never learn!

As for the Saudi Pakistani relationship it goes deeper then what people think it does. We have military relations as well as intelligence based ones. Not everything that happens indoors is known to the public.

Pakistani-Saudi ties have been strong. Saudis have been keen to improve ties with India.
I think Saudis sent a clear message to Pakistan when King Abdullah was the Republican Day guest in 2006.
