US Proposes H-1B Visa Changes to Stop Indian Body Shop Fraud

@RiazHaq

Brofessor sb,

You have still not answered my question. Why dont body shopping giants from Pakiland not "game the system"?

Regards

Dishonesty doesn't pay in the long run.

I would not recommend that we all start cheating for quick gains.

It's a recipe for disaster for everyone.

@RiazHaq

Why don't the IT/body shopping giants from Pakiland "game the system" like their Bharti counterparts do?

Anyway, a more fundamental question is USA needs the coding skills of these Indian immigrants. Assuming that US wants to restrict the Indians, which other country can offer the same skill/output at the same cost that Indians do?

Regards
What skills lol I am not saying that they don't have some solid or ok coding skills but these are not specialist skills.

As a work resource they can be defined themselves as the "minimum viable product", you can get by with them with patience at a lower cost.

As AI takes hold and these intermediate coding jobs vanish what will happen, not just to India in fact.

while AI can reduce the number of software jobs it will have a bad impact on the number of non-software white collar jobs - everything from lawyers to financial advisers

Exactly, it's not really good news for South Asia.

but you @RiazHaq seem to believe it does, You post untruth here (dishonesty 1), using your own blog as source (dishonesty 2) which is itself published in a proxy website (dishonesty 3). All in one post.

While assigned to a site refit project at work last month, I had to explain to a "electrical engineer" from India what ohms is and how to use an amp clamp. I graduated with an arts degree in Canada and basically had to explain electricity to him.

I would say 60% of "engineering" graduates from India are from worthless diploma mills.
I had to fire a senior "full stack software eningeer" from pajeetland, who couldn't manage to put together a single line of workable code for six months.

3059 Indians held while attempting to enter US from Canada in September

Among those arrested were four unaccompanied children, four other children accompanied by family members.

In September of this year, a total of 8,076 individuals of Indian origin were apprehended by United States law enforcement agencies as they attempted to enter the country illegally through various routes. Notably, 3,059 of these individuals were detained at the U.S.-Canada border, according to data provided by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The Indian arrests at the U.S.-Canada border mark the highest monthly total between October 2022 and September 2023.

According to The Times of India, a source said, “Many illegal immigrants, primarily from Gujarat, have either settled in Canada or are awaiting an opportunity to enter the US. In August, 2,327 illegal immigrants were caught trying to cross over to the US. This number rose to 3,059 in September.”

Among those arrested were four unaccompanied children, four other children accompanied by family members, and 530 children with their parents and siblings. Additionally, a total of 2,521 single adults were apprehended. It's worth noting that Indians attempting to enter the U.S. unlawfully typically do so via the U.S.-Mexico border. According to official data, between February 2019 and March of this year, U.S. law enforcement agencies arrested a total of 190,000 individuals of Indian origin.

Efforts by Indians to engage in illegal migration to the U.S. persist, even though there have been numerous tragic incidents in which several families lost their lives during these hazardous journeys.

you had to explain most likely because you couldn't pronounce the words right and the EE patiently put up with your engrish.

But you are not directionally wrong in that worthless diploma mills statement - magnitude is off. For China it is probably 99% and for Canada it could be 75%+

That 99% is partly influenced by your own post which shows you do not know the difference between an electrician and an EE
Considering that I have been in Canada since 8 years old, surely it must be my "Engrish". It couldn't have been the fact that your Indian degrees aren't worth the paper they're printed on.

The only thing world class about your country is scam call centers.

I have no idea why India is associated with call centers. It has been 10+ years since I have dealt with Indian call center

And Paksiatnis are Bhola bhala pure and innocents who don’t do any such things, hence can’t game the system?

@RiazHaq, toda dimag ka istemal kar liya karo kabhi kabhi.
If there was any possibility of doing a fraud and gaming the system, then Paksiatnis would have been right in the front row.

Please sell this churan to your countrymen, because no one else is buying it.

He has no intention of doing that. His sole aim is to market his blog, written with dubious and motivated intent.

And he is no analyst.
Pakistan doesn't believe in fraud and gaming the system however due to car theft increases massively in Canada is due to overcrowded by Indians that plays role in robbing cars.

Stealing money doesn't make you smart. It reveals who you are; unfit for society.

obviously either you lied or you couldn't understand. I didn't want to accuse of lying so gave you the benefit of doubt that you are just not up to it. May be you do understand in which case you just lied.

@RiazHaq - now you are just lashing out like a teenager dumped by her friend. Why do you try to change the topic instead of admitting that you lied. Check the simple arithmetic that proves you wrong. And if you cannot understand even that you must be not just a liar, but a dumb one at that

H-1B rejection rates of around 7% are after the lottery selection. The problem is that Indians are gaming the lottery system by multiple entries for each of their applicants to win the lottery in huge numbers, unfairly edging out applicants from other countries.

H1B Visa Approval, Refusal rates by Country

https://visagrader.com/visa-approvals-and-refusals/H1B
It costs $2000 to $5000 for one entry and is paid by the employer, hence very few do multiple entries.

when the same candidate seeks a job from multiple employers, the employer does not know that the same candidate has approached more than one; and ends up submitting visa app. You cannot blame the job seeker or the employer for this. It will happen.

Some unethical agent type outfits may do this intentionally but that is not the norm, as proven by the stats that this guy @RiazHaq pointed to : how else can rejection rates be the same for India vs other countries? This is how these loons get caught in their own lies.
