Actually that's how the US is thinking about it, not Pakistan... They want to tie it to performance, and our simple reply to that would be "we don't care enough about the performance or the money". This money is not benefiting Pakistan. We lose money while fighting the war, and they reimburse us...

Just because we've removed forces from a small region doesn't mean that there's a significant dent in the 82,000 strong deployment that is done over there. We give them our bills thats it.

Actually US is not paying for our fight against local extremism. Just for the Taliban and their movement across the border. The issue of camps operating (at least if they are permanent camps and not moving from here n there like caravans) on the Afghan border is so lame. Pakistan on every occasion has said "Ok if you know where those camps are, why don't you tell it to us?" Not once has there been any answer to this question. Since its not the US government who ever says this on the record it's just some one or two person in the establishment voicing his opinion.

Pakistan needs performance incentives to capture terrorists!!!!!!!
PS: The Camps have been shown,given exact locations etc, recently the PM of Azad Kashmir accepted the existence of camps and also they have reduced.So Please give your rhetoric to kids

yeah definitly for us Indians it had. Kashmir has gone quiet. Now its Iraq and Afghanistan that comes int he mind of jihaids, they have forgotten about Kashmir. And for targets US and British attarcts their attention sparing our Soldiers.

We are gratefull to them for acting as our human shields.

And regarding making world a safer place, yes it has for the remaing world. The terrorists are targeting only US and their allys. NATO/US has taken that risk and they are working on it.

Israel gets aid, Pakistan also gets aid so does Egypt.
But none of those countries get paid to fight for America.
Terrorism is a bane for everybody, why do you need a monetary incentive to fight it.
You already get aid for weapons and economy,you need money for individual too. it feels a bit mercenary in my opinion.
Does the cops get an incentive on cataching a criminal other than their normal routine salary?

Iam sure in India people don't take money for there services and goods.but rest of the world you pay for it.

what you conveniently missed was that the Israelis have yet to give military support to the Americans in any conflict.or lose a men or 2 for the Americans which Pakistanis have.but people make a big deal when we charge for our services but no one blinks when Israel gets billion per year or more.
And Pakistan is the world police since when.

Pakistan gets Aid for putting soldiers on the ground as well as they get weapons as part of the Aids package, As well as Aid for Economic Support.

Now, on top of that

Why are they taking money for caputuring individuals,like bounty or in other words PRIZE money. When Pakistan is a government not a private individuals. So if there is no Prize Money , they wont act on a terrorist.
