@Penguin do think these boats are bang of the buck or PN could get better ones in the same amount? the fiber glass hull is highlighted as very good feature of this boat, what really it offers and what benefit it gives over other boats? Can PN get same / similar boats from other supplier cheaper if they are so desperately needed? and are those the same which previously provide by US to Pakistan?
