We respect the laws of the USA.
We regret that Americans cannot visit our space station.
Those successful apply doesn't necessarily means they will have astronaut sent to CSS. Only their science project or experiment will be carry out onboard CSS.India as well? Interesting
You should be surprised that Japan is on the list.India as well? Interesting
No, I am more surprised about India. China and Japan despite their historical differences and hostility they have not let that affect their trade/business ties and investments in each other country. They tend to separate business and science from politics. You should be surprised that Japan is on the list.
Usually the Chinese people don't care about India.
rankly, I don't see when a relationship deteriorates. India has made effective restrictions on economic and trade. In 2019, China exported $74.8 billion to India, while in 2021 it was $97.5 billion. No, I am more surprised about India. It hasn't been the case for India, who usually link both together and limits businesslike Chinese companies on its soil depending on the political climate between both countries . So yes I'm more surprised to see India even applying for science projects on China's space station than Japan , due to the deterioration of relations between both countries .
Moroever, it doesn't matter if the average Chinese person cares about India or not. What matters is how the government cares and how she formulates her policy vis a vis the country..and yeah the Chinese government and policy makers do care .
Yeah that's buying the necessary equipments needed for the functioning of some industries needed in India. In short its necessities. Not like India can afford not to trade or buy necessary goods from China. However Chinese businesses have been targeted alot since thr border flare up and many have even closed/left India altogether, Chinese apps have been banned(some were the most popular apps in India beating even US apps) and suffered losses due to this, Chinese construction companies have been completely banned from tendering or winning any projects in the country , and any Chinese (or undercover neighbouring country) investment in the country is now by law subsequent to Indias government approval which discourages even the few Chinese companies who might have had intentions to invest. Etc etc. So many measures have been taken to target companies from China from operating in India .rankly, I don't see when a relationship deteriorates. With so many restrictions, however, that didn't stop India's imports from rising by 30% two years later. In addition, exports to India in the first half of 2022 continued to grow by 37% year-on-year. The overall export trend continues to rise. So I don't think it's an effective restriction, it's just a political show.Yeah that's buying the necessary equipments needed for the functioning of some industries needed in India. As I said India imports are different from FDI/setting up companies intge country. In fact many countries do import from China out of necessity. Indias import rise from China is even more than before due to the after covid low-down effects and freeing penup demand with companies recovering from such a crisis and renewing purchases of critical goods needed to run their companies..it doesn't change the investment hostile climate in India for chinese companies, reason many chinese companies either cut their investment, closed down, left or abandoned their investment plans altogether in india. The latest was the scrapping Great Wall motors planned $1billion investment in india and sacking of all its Indian staff.
