US Government agency confirms MQM is NOT EXEMPT from the tier III terrorist organization list

The US government agency's USCIS TRIG working group which deals with determining whether certain Individuals associated with organizations fall under inadmissibality to the US on grounds they have engaged in terrorism, has confirmed to one of our researchers that MQM is NOT EXEMPT from the tier III list which makes Individuals inadmissable into the US.

The only groups which have been exempt inter alia are the following:

One very Interesting thing to note here is that those organizations in the tier 3 terrorist group who do not receive exemptions are those who "Continue to engage in terrorist activities". Clearly MQM in the eyes of the USA government is one of these terrorist organizations which still engages in terrorism.
