I didn't understand one thing..why Port Blair??there is nothing which can help them operation against China.but if they really need the presence,they should try Coco island of Mayanmar.It is in the same region,has airstrip too.

yeah..I know that..but various times Mayanmar denied it.thats why I said that USA should think about it as USA-Mayanmar relation is flourishing..and it is not far north,its right next to the straits,and not that far for UAVs.also,if USA pushes further,they might recon China-Mayanmar borders too,in case of hostilities...
