So this is basically money that Pakistan spent out of its own pocket and the US now doesn't want to reimburse.

We should not only block their routes but instead a better option is improving bilateral ties with Specially their allies "Dushman ka dushman dost" scenario here so the top 3 countries as their allies are Russia, China and Iran.
Turkey is none the less also an ally somehow, so we should improve ties with these countries too as its been a long time we are always banking upon america our so called fake friend.



Let ourselves be clear about one thing we care about Pakistan, its moral values, its status in the World, if anyone wants something they had to earn it, we are not giving it that easily from now on, they have to respect our presence in the world plus lets not indulge in IK or NS talks, we can only progress towards a better Pakistan when we mutually think of Pakistan rather than a political party.

Americans treat us like this, because we let them... the same thing happened a little while back, and I remember specifically that it was ISPR which had to give the same explanation back then... but did our government/establishment learn their lesson, and refused further "assistance" from the US? only in words perhaps, but not really. So, now we are confronted with a similarly embarrassing situation... India will get the finest military cooperation deals (COMCASA, Tomahawk cruise missiles, waivers from sanctions on Russian S-400 deal and Iranian oil imports, etc.) in the so-called 2+2 dialogue, while Pakistan will be upbraided like a disobedient child... I think Pompeo ad Mattis should be given the cold shoulder on their visit; no warm receptions, no meeting with the new PM...
