Air strikes are fine, but stop funneling billions of dollars to train "moderate" rebels, stop dropping / air dropping weapons to these 'moderate rebels'.

Why won't the US send ground troops to fight ISIS?

The US was there 8 years. Didn't do anything. It's impossible. In Dutch we say: "mopping with the tap running". It's a local thing, let them battle it out while provding nice continuous air strikes where needed. Cheaper and more effective.
