As far i get the pics i am getting teh meaning that PLA soldiers are helping people while USA soldiers aren't. Totally uncalled for.

if somebody take Pictures of US soldiers helping people while PLA not. Will that make US any better or will downgrade PLA.??

Well the PLA generally has a good reputation in china, no chinese troops are outside china(excluding un missions) inside china their jobs are protection of state and people, thus given that the threat of war is currently far off, the PLA is always involved in disaster relief, just about every large flood, earth quick, storm you will see soldiers there rescuing people, repairing...whatever.

The USA on the otherhand takes any soldier that wants to sign up.

The soldier of the PLA is higher quality because they are much more selective and China has a large population.

Right now the U.S. Army is being extremely selective of who they let in. Granted part of it is becuase of the economy. They have many more people wanting in then there are slots for. But part to is becuase Military pay has become so good and the benefits second to none. The Air Force and Navy are even more selective on their test scores.
