No this specific species is not good as dead.
Snow leopards are smallest among Panthera genus. Adults weigh between 35 to 40 kg and rarely exceed 55 kgs. They do not attack humans. At least there is no such documented record. They are shy and normally live beyond human habitats. It's human who encroach in their habitat. They only some time steal/kill live stock and poultry but do not go after human beings.

Yes, a leopard can easily kill a dog for food but a snow leopard can't beat a big dog, every often in China some snow leopards were driven up a tree by dogs and being stuck there untill the herders came and led away their dogs.
