What's new

two murders in india and the need for revolution

The problem with Muslim League was that it viewed Indian National Congress as a Hindu Party and the problem with Pakistanis is that they view all Indians as Hindus. Why was there a need to doubt one's faith? Will that help you in your arguement? What will you think of the muslims in India who have inter-religious marriages and its both ways muslim boys and girls marrying non muslims. Will you brand them all hindus? What about thousands of muslim whos who of India? Should they all be branded as hindutva? Why its hard for you to accept that an Indian muslim can be loyal to his nation? I have already said that being a muslim and being an indian is no oxymoron. You have left India for good. We have to live here as we have no intention of migrating to any muslim country. We live here with people of all faiths and religions and thats very essential for living in harmony so we must nip in the bud anything that may disturb our harmony.

If there is any person who have a problem is you dear, with a very delicate comprehension problem. You always loves to describes yourself a very affluent, convent educated and well to do Indian Muslim with a vision of her own but fails to acknowledge the broader reality in the same breath that people like you don't even make 0.0001% of your community, which lags backwards in every aspects of the basic fundamentals in your country intentionally (read Sachar Committee - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Therefore, the prism form which you give long bhashans is extremely narrow to the very community on the street you like to address comprehensively. Its just like a foolish czar princess wondering why didn't people eat Cakes if they didn't find breads......, my dear first come out of your comforts and arrogance to truly learn the ground realities for the average joe on the streets.

Why is Average Joe Pakistani like yourself worried about an average joe Indian Muslim? If average joe Indian Muslim has a problem with India and wants to migrate to Pakistan please welcome him with open arms. If he is not loyal to the country we are not loyal to him. If he chooses to support Pakistan then he is free to move there. We will also not stop him. But till he chooses to live in India he should be loyal to India. And he is not your concern

There are hundreds of cases of Pakistani Hindus seeking refuge in India but I have not come across Vice Versa cases of Indian Muslims seeking refuge in Pakistan.

Please take @jamahir into your country. His moving to Pakistan and briniging "revolution" there will be great benefit to us.

@jamahir why dont you start your revolution from Pakistan. It already has a base for you. Islamic country with Islamic banking system, Poor jobs and education scenario, Poor economy. It is ripe for a revolution

Being a radical and being an anti national will not make poor muslims rich. I say affluent because we belong to a political family, well-to-do because we are educated and well placed. I am citing this because no one can influence us either by coercion or by throwing money at us. Convent education does not make me a christian unlike what Saudi funded wahabi madrassas are doing all over India. Even Pakistan is feeling the pinch of these wahabi, saudi funded madrassas. Madrassa education does not make one worthy of getting a govt. or a pvt. job and they indulge in the activities what TTP is doing in Pakistan. We tell people of our community to go to govt. schools instead of madrassas. Poverty in India is not confined to muslims alone and so is the riches. If we have Hindu Birla and Ambani then we have Parsi Tata and Muslim Azim Premji, Habil Khorakiwala and Yusuf Hamied etc. This proves that religion is not a factor for riches or poverty. Except for dalits and tribals where their poverty is attributed to their belonging to a particular caste or tribe. Do you know that the richest non-king muslim in the world is from India and his name is Azim Premji?
You are building an opinion about Indian muslims based on some anonymous people on internet. Just imagine if you happenned to meet muslim cricketers, actors, business men, politicians, professionals from India, will they subscribe to the thought process of these disgruntled internet radicals? I know about the ground realities in India better than you. Your ISI tried to cultivate some muslims from the camps of Muzaffar Nagar Riot victims and they could not. They were poor and victim of an anti muslim riot, yet they refused to be anti national. Now you know the reality of the average Joe on Indian street.

Instead of showing me the likes of Azim premji, SRK or Azharudding, Just check, what is the size of Indian Middle class actually and what is the portion of your community in it as a whole. Again the irony is you have a complaint of people sending their children to Madrassa instead of school but never tries to learn why they do that in the first place (Bread Vs Cake). Its not their choice lady, its their limitations, if today they are not cultivated post Muzaffar Nagar riots then might be tomorrow, why not GOI provides them more opportunities & tries to stop these riots & injustices in the first place instead of always expecting from poor chaps to give more sacrifices and fvckup nationalism in face of all odds foolishly.

I am confused!
What is the police's statement?

http://www.deccanherald.com/content/469808/police-get-vital-leads-gauthami.html

The police team that is investigating Gauthami’s murder at Pragathi School and PU College on Whitefield Railway Station Road, claims to have collected critical leads that would establish the motive of the murder and source of the weapon used to commit the murder.

“We have gathered critical leads that will surely help us locate the source of the 9mm pistol that was used by Mahesh, the attender, to murder Gauthami and injure her friend Shirisha. We will be able to disclose the source and supply chain in a couple of days,” a
senior police officer investigating the case, told Deccan Herald.

It looks like Mahesh was in touch with a few rowdies. He was also close to a few security guards from North, Northeast India and Nepal. These were the two sources from which he secured the weapon, the officer suspected.

“He is a hard nut to crack. He is making contradictory and fictitious statements only to mislead the police. We are working on certain credible leads and will ascertain the motive for the murder in a day or two,” P Harisekharan, Additional Commissioner of Police (East) said.
The police traced names of four girls in the diary recovered from his room.

Mahesh claimed that Gauthami and her friends insulted him by calling uncle. They would refer to him uncle in the public. He had warned them against calling him uncle, but in vain. Hence, he decided to teach them a lesson, he claimed.

The police said they were not ready to buy the theory as it is not convincing.
The police also clarified that there was no naxal connection to Gauthami’s murder case. Kandala Bayalu village in Agumbe is one of the naxal-affected areas in the Malnad region. Mahesh hailed from the village. Hence, some people are trying to link naxal angle with Gauthami’s murder case, the police added.

The police managed to record the statement of Shirisha, who is being treated at Manipal hospital.

She narrated how the incident took place, said the police.

Primary and Secondary Education Minister Kimmane Ratnakar visited the hospital on Saturday and enquired Shirisha’s health.

Mahesh, 38, the attender barged inside the room of Gauthami at the hostel on the night of March 31 and opened fire at her killing her on the spot. Later, barged inside the room of Shirisha and made unsuccessful attempt to kill her. Shirisha suffered injuries and was rushed to hospital.

The dangerous mobile ban

Rasheed Kappan, Bengaluru, April 05, 2015, DHNS:
The dramatic killing of a female PU student inside a college hostel recently has clearly exposed the dark side of a decision taken unilaterally by college managements: A total ban on mobile phones in college campuses and hostels that leaves girls at the mercy of outsiders, even to communicate with their parents!

Mahesh, the attender who gunned down 18-year-old PU student, Gauthami at the Kadugodi-based Pragathi college, had been her parents’ only communication link to their daughter. He controlled their access to her, since no student was allowed to use a phone on her own. Therein lay the fault, a critical gap cleverly manipulated by the accused.

House panel recommendation
Until now, the debate has been totally one-sided. In July last year, a House committee of the State Legislative Assembly had recommended the ban in all schools and colleges, although parents had serious reservations. The panel’s rationale: Mobile phones lead to a rise in rapes and endanger women’s safety.

In September, 2009, the State Department of Collegiate Education had come out with a circular banning use of mobile phones in all 357 government and 299 private aided degree colleges. This ban was applicable across Karnataka, and was binding even on teachers and non-teaching staff.

But there was a difference. The phones could be carried as long as they were in silent mode. The Commissioner of Collegiate Education had clearly stated that the managements could confiscate the phone even if it rang once.

Two very different theories of the murder, and none sound convincing.

. . .
And what exactly do you think lead to the murder?

He was not earning much but the most important question from where he got the gun and what were the motives behind it ? Police investigation is going on.

Speaking to Deccan Herald on Friday, Shailaja said Mahesh had settled in the City around 10 years ago. He had studied till second PUC but had computer knowledge. He was working with Kamadhenu Travels and also for a call centre before joining as an attendant in Pragathi School and PU College in Kadugodi.

She said her brother was a teetotaller and had no vices. “It was a shock for all of us after getting to know what he was involved in the killing of student Gauthami.

“We got to know about the incident only through a news channel. We are also curious to know from where he got the gun and the motive behind the killing. Soon after his arrest, the police took us to the station and questioned us for over 30 minutes and asked us about his behaviour. They also took a locked suitcase and a bag belonging to Mahesh from our house,” she said.

Asked how frequently they visited their native place near Agumbe, she said that it was about five years ago when their father passed away.

What limitations? Govt. schools are free for all, some people send their kids to Madrasas because they prefer to. Why some people in Pakistan also send their kids to Madrasas?

The morons here are circle jerking without knowing ground realities they just want to keep reminding themselves how a great an idea two nation theory was from time to time so that they themselves don't repent.

Exactly the point! In fact there could be a day when Ahmediya or Shia Muslims of Pakistan will seek refuge in India, but that won't stop the Pakistanis from preaching us.

Gautami's family smiles at last

Bengaluru, dhns: May 19, 2015, DHNS

A month-and-a-half after their daughter was shot dead by a hostel attendant, Gauthami’s parents had something to cheer.

A student of Pragathi PU College, Gauthami has scored 472 marks out of 600 in the II PU exams, an aggregate of 78.6 per cent. Her father Ramesh, who runs a medical store in Pavagada, Tumakuru district, said the college had contacted the family once after the incident and had not gotten in touch with them after the results were announced.

Stop giving certificates to muslims.
Please tell the leaders of muslim nations not to welcome Modi and shake hands with him or Maneka.
Talibans and Khap Panchayats are 2 sides of the same coin. If talibans are islamic then so are the khaps. I reject both khaps and talibans and people like you will declare me anti islamic... huh
I am more outraged about your petty and parochial mentality which gives opportunity to all communal forces to rise their heads in India.

If neutral Muslim people like you can come forward...trust me, i will dump RSS for sane people like you...Kudos to you...

How many muslims have you personally interacted with in your school, college, office, neighbourhood? Its easy to pick up one in a million example and lose head. You want me to come forward but I am already there and not hiding. Its your mindset that sees only one fanatic sub-educated guy from a million and then brand the whole million as fanatic, regressive. India is 1.2 billion people and everything here is aplenty. people see what they want to see. You only see Bukhari, Akbaruddin Owaisi and Dawood and i see only pravin togadia, Mutalik and Sadhwi whoever and we both are doomed.
