Why would KRG commit suicide with such desperate act if they enjoy excellent relationship with current government of Turkey. Perhaps some one gave Turkey a message trough Iraqi Turkmen.. to stop support for Syrian rebels or Turkmens wont be save anymore? Maybe something like that i am not sure.

The attacks against the Turkmens are in the district of Tuz Khurmato in Sallahidin province. The vast majority of its 60k+ residence are Shia Turkment, with small Arab, Kurdish and Assyrian minorities. The attacks have been specifically against Shia Turkmen, during the last month more than 5 bombings occurred agains a mosque, a market, a hospital, and later a bomb went off while they were protesting against the security situation.

It's quite obvious that alqaeda has its hands all over these attacks.

It does not exactly work like that, in the Iran-Iraq war you think the Iraqi soldiers were only Sunnis ? a huge part were from the Shia south, this conclusion of Shia -> Iran, Sunni -> Gulf is proven wrong by recent history.

Turkey is heavily involved in Syria, arms come into Syria from Turkey so AKP has involved Turkey, now they cannot wait to start the same in Iraq, Turkmens is an excuse, like 40% of the Turkmens and an even greater percentage that are targeted by attacks are shiites who support Bashar al Assad, what would Erdogan think of this ? its an excuse for their own interests, even though they will not arm Turkmens cause it is not possible, AKP has to realize this is not the Ottoman empire.

The situation is not as simple as you think. The central government and the Kurds don't get along because of the oil contracts+ disputed territory. The Turkmen were hoping Turkey would help them on their struggle through pressuring the Kurds against taking over Kirkuk (which is currently administrated by The Iraqi central government). However, the recent improvement in Turkish-Kurdish relations and the signing of oil contracts have strained the Iraqi-Turkish relations and also left the Turmen in a dilemma. Turkey also supports the Iraqi "Sunni" opposition and has even accepted and protected an Ex-Iraqi politician who was involved in operating a terrorist cell (Tariq Al-Hashimi).

Kirkuk is historically a Turkmen city but massive migration of Kurds and Arabs after the discovery of oil some decades ago has made it a "mixed" city demographically.

Iraq will never arm the Kurds, in fact Iraq wants Turkey to stop supporting the Kurds.

On topic news- The Iraqi government has agreed to form a force consisting of local Turkmen 500-750 fighters to protect the district of Tuz Khurmato.
