Ret. Communications MCPO. Sadettin DOĞAN

He was among the SAT team that landed on Kardak secretly and hoisted the Turkish flag. Poyrazköy Trials led him to resign from SAT. Then worked in Somalia at a private Turkish PMC company. Laterly he was working as the Security Manager of the Aden Adde Int. Airport in Mogadishu. He was assasinated by British mercs using suppressed weapons when he was escorting the Turkish Airlines staff. Besides his operational role, he also served in SAT as an instructor for years. Rest in peace brother. .

And when he was working in Somalia:

When his remains were recovered back to homeland by Turkish Airlines.

Just like our fallen Police SOF officers, Army SF and all others died in service of their nation outside Republic of Turkey soils;

At the end, all heroes return to their homeland.

Why did British mercs assassinate him?

@Neptune. Our troops aren't SF .. Probably nor the Turks ? But the afghans sent their commandos (kandak battalion... Patches).. ?

@DESERT FIGHTER I know man. That's why I said "Pak Army troops". There are huge differences between TAF and PAK military. One being solely NATOed with structure and other having its own structure after taking UK as example. In Pakistan, commando may refer to SF, SOF and marines if I am not wrong.

In Turkey it's a specialized light infantry force with 7-8 brigades. But only exception is the Naval Commandos (SAT Komando) whom are the navy's elite of the elite SOF unit. All other military units in Turkey having "commando" titles are specialized light infantry units .

MCPO. Sadettin DOĞAN was the key man of a tender. That tender was won by a Turkish company. It was about the services of Aden Adde Int. Airport in Mogadishu. The biggest counterpart was a British firm named like S..bla bla bla. He was the Security Manager of the airport so he brought the Turkish company to success. So the PMCs of British firm (probly former SAS,SBS or Royal Paratroopers) assasinated him from long range with suppressed weapons. Otherwise there'd be hell of a fighting between two sides.

AFAIK,SAT isn't using OpsCore.They were last seen in the celebration of Turkish Naval Aviation commands 100th year and in Cape Town,South Africa.In those photos they still use PASGT and Protec deriatives.
