MAM-15 has too much MOA for sniping purposes but fine for anti-material uses.
McMillan TAC-50 has 0.5 which is in use many years already in our special forces.

Bora has a MOA of 0.3.
It is very hard to get Mc Millan ,Barret and Cheytac. Remember the SIG scandal.

They measure it at 100m but it doesn't make a difference because the angle is the same no matter the distance. The further the distance at which the MoA measurement is made, the more the accuracy of the ammo and shooting conditions affect it.
