USA is never going to leave Syria, as long as Russia is present. They're going to carve out a PKK satellite state there, in order to have a foot on the ground.

There is a difference btw Staying with Operational Support/Equipment "Agenda" and having some "Presence".
Of course... the US will not "Leave" Syria entirely...same for Russia/Iran and Turkey.
