Still no mapping with "YPG Handover areas aka Tel Rifaat/Menagh etc..."

The yellow color completely should turn into blue. Only then the operation will have achieved its goal.
As i know Russia has left Tel Rıfat before the Olive Branch started. which may mean that they are in agreement that PKK/YPG will be removed from there too.

If YPG and Russia&Assad has no real agreement over Tell Rifaat. It might be a good gesture to invite Russians establish a joint observation base at Minnagh with us. Just a symbolic force.

That's not true. Tell Rıfat would be a bonus. And we all knew this since day 1 of the op.

I don't know where you people are getting this. PKK admins don't decide what goes on the map (comments might be another story). SyrianCivilWarMap is pro-PKK biased, Liveuamap is pretty neutral.
