Turkish Meko-200 (F-247) class has Smart-S radar?

If they really has Smart-S/L they has also Mk-48 or higher.

48 of them are in the way to Turkey. It cost about 170 m$.


Of course they have smart-s for couple of years. And plus, we doubled their 8xmk41 launchers. It means they have 16 cells and up to 64 essm.

I personelly wait for ciws modernization for them. We know our navy prefers RAM missile systems for new corvettes ,tf100 and fac boats. So i guess we will see them on mekos soon too.

Why not Turkey selects ATR-42s and ATR-72s along with Beech Type Aircraft to have a complete package for Maritime Manned Operations.
