You need a man portable guided anti tank weapon system for that engagement.
TEKAT (Mızrak-K) will be in a concept very similar to Mini-Spike (not Spike-SR).
So, you may search for Mini-Spike for get similar information about TEKAT.

No nothing, only it's name; XHAR-90 Short range anti-tank rocket
I would presume by the naming it was a 90mm rocket, AT-4 is 84mm

The official name is project "TENDÜREK" and we were able to verify the existence with a Turkish Parliament Document which was "very surprising" was found when datamining uncle "Google".

Does it mean Turkey had developed a thermobaric Bomb with similar Capabillities like MOAB or FOAB ?

I think Turkey have allready developed Thermobaric Warheads to it on MLRS, ballistic Missiles and Guidet Bombs ! On the other Side I really doubt Turkey had developed Bombs like MOAB, they could only make sense to use it on enemy advancing Troops to not exceed the Nuclear Thereshold ! Such Weapons could make sense with an strategic Bomber Fleet to protect important geostrategic Bridges for Turkey in Africa or south Asia !
