Turkiye should focus on KAAN, Hurjet and modernization/upgrade of the existing F-16’s with Özgür programme. We have enough time until KAAN is ready.

Someone said we are losing the airforce balance vs Greece. This is not true. We still have very capable F-16’s that only needs Özgür upgrade.

secondly Turkish defence industry has been devellopping some very very accurate and destructive Ballistic Missiles which provides us a strong deterrent not only against greece but against the whole region. For example currently every inch and every spot of Greece can be targetted with pinpoint accuracy. Turkiye has reached the capabilities to destroy greece air, land,naval forces by using only ballistic, cruisemissiles and uav’s.

kemalists always try to make greece look far bigger and stronger threat than they actually are. Because kemalist are infact brothers of greeks lol.

Greece is not threat, and its not just about Rafale, like you said Turkey has missiles, also frigates, submarines with great firepower. Can Turkey incorporate their own Aesa radars, missiles on the f16s with the Ozgur program. Its best for Turkey to wait for KAAN and target UAVs rather than buy western 4th generation jets with strings attached.

F-15 is equipped with some of the most powerful sensor systems you will ever find in an aircraft.

Israeli Air Force is much better equipped than Turkish Air Force. You shouldn't be drawing this comparison.

Don't evaluate Israel on the basis of Hamas throwing rockets on Israeli towns and cities.

Greece is still a NATO member state and have access to sophisticated technologies from other NATO member states. Greece also train for war as per NATO standards like Turkey. When Turkiye produce SIPER Block2 air defense missiles and deploy them in the Aegean region , everybody will see what will happen

When we lock the radar on Greek RAFALE from 200 km away , Greek Pilots will not even dare to cross the middle of the Aegean ..... ( Greek RAFALE cannot even come within 100 km of Turkish airspace in a conflict )



3-- Greece buys 3 FDI Frigates .. and will be destroyed in a day during a war

even only 300 Turkish UCAVs to carry 1.500 guided munitions/missiles to destroy 3 FDI Frigates in a day

also land based missiles ATMACA , CAIIR , KUZGUN-TJ and TRLG-230 to hit 3 FDI Frigates

and unmanned Kamikaze Vessels with 200kg warhead
and unmanned Vessels - Submarines armed with missiles and torpedos

F35 is an extremely expensive plane with alot of strings attached. Even if a country operates the F35 they will never be 100% under its own control (ofcourse Israel is an exception). In Turkiye’s case these planes can never be used independently in COIN ops in Syria or Northern Iraq or even in a conflict with Greece it cant be used. Pretty much every issue which is not in the interest of US we cant use this plane at our own will.

Same with Pak, can't use F16's in offensive role against India. thank God
they made JF17 thunders.

I was listening to Retired Air Chief speech when he mentioned about asking
America for more F16's (block 70/72) and he said they put so many ridiculous
conditions that he told them to get lost we don't want your F16's.

India at that time was negotiating with France for 36 Rafale, PAF turned to
China for 36 J10C. China also gave Pak HQ 16 and HQ9 sams as well.
