The money spend for an aircraft carier could be easily redirected for many defence technology ,or simply having more capable combatant ships to defend homeland.
Its not about world vision, its about having no need for AC
.

I think Aircraft Carrier will be much unflexible and for the eastern mediteraan and Red Sea I also not see any need. An AC will be also useless when it comes to Power Projection towards Central Asia, in the Case we need to defend Interests in the Straight of Giraltar/moroccan Atlantic Coast it will be too unflexible and will be useless for the Atlantic Coast. Other Case in the arabian Sea were we could Face an Enemy with much Airpower and which have Aircraft Carrier as well
, an AC will be a Sitting Duck !

For the topographic Conditions in Central, south Asia and Morocco I rather prefer medium Range Strategic Bombers which have similar Capabillities like the TU-22 Backfire.

This is clear, I also not say they would send without Escort. In these Regions we could have it to do with capable Enemies, not third World Countries. For Strategic Power Projection in Central, south Asia and Straight of Gibraltar/moroccan Atlantic Coast Bombers have more Advantages than AC.

Istanbul Class will enter Service 2019 as far I know, TF-2000 in 2023.

Possibly İ class will be laid on, in early 2018 , launch in 2019-2020 , enter service in 2023. While TF2000 could be laid in 2020 , and launch in 2023 (With the most optimistic dates)

There is no thread about this ship but i think it deserves one because it will change the power balance in our neighborhood

TCG Anadolu alone will not change the Balance, only if it is Combined with dedicatet AAW Capabillities, Submarines which have an greater Endurance etc. The LHD give TN the Capabillity to intervene in the eastern mediterran, the Horn of Africa, ,orth Africa and Balkan. In this Region together with AIP Submarines, AAW Capabillities and LACM Capabillity TN can change the BoP.

Things I noticed are that apart from the well dock, there are two RHIBs launchable at the assembly location in port side and two Aselsan STOP/STAMP or SMASH (?) weapon stations are visible. I couldn't make a precise claim since the quality of the media is a little poor. Well, that's good
