Erdogan should change its view and strategy towards Syria like he changed his view towards houthis in Yemen (from a hostile view to a neutral position).
Goals of Turkey should be realistic and positive:
1. Returning refugees to Syria.
2. Pulling back troops from Syria.
3. Letting Turkish companies to take part in rebuilding Syria.
4. Preventing US colony on the borders of Turkey (YPG/SDF).

If Turkey wants to reach these goals which are positive and realistic for Turkey, then it should recognize official government of Syria and it should immediately stop supporting terrorist groups against the government.

Turkey should become realistic and understand that there is also Russia, Iran, Syria who have their own interests. There is no place for empire building, unilaterism and fulfilling ego of Erdogan in Syria. If Erdogan doesn't change his position, he might not reach any of the above mentioned goals and totally lose its share of interest which would be possible and reasonable by negotiating with official Syrian government.
