As far as I'm aware Syria yet to attack turkey convoy in Syria the only incident was attacking a terrorist truck that was trying to blend with turkey convoy and use them as shield .
Well it's expected of turkey that they be careful that terrorist don't exploit their presence in the area . this time nothing happened but accident can always happen.
