Agreed 100%. Making Ankara is another reason why Ataturk was able to win as the Greeks got too further their supply lines dwindle not to mention Turkish irregulars and guerilla fighters were constantly sabotaging greek supply lines the greeks were so vulernable to a point which made them open to counterattack.

Ataturk was leader of the Yildirim Army group well for a short time despite the short time he utilised assault tactics that he learned from the Germans like the stormtroopers.

After that Ataturk literally destroyed the greeks with well hit counterattacks after that the war was all over the greeks lost everything they gained in Anatolia.

If iam not wrong there was some issues between US and Ukraina about rocket tech sharing to Turkey. US didn´t want Ukraina to share this tech with us.
