I found this video interesting specially the accuracy of F-4 phantom's sea attack. But a wonderful point with it, the first appearance image on the video clip is an Iranian Fateh-110 missile :::

The first picture. Probably the poster of the video has mistaken it with a Turkish made BM.

Why don't Turkish missiles have cold start like Russian missiles?

I am not that expert in Turkish military industry but i think that the reason is Turkey's western technology used in developing air defense system. For example the assembled Aster-15 which is a hot-launch system. Hot-launch systems have their own benefits e.g. installing in naval ships for air defense purposes.
