It's not that easy to explain.

"Tez ol" is actually used in place of both "çabuk" and "haydi" situations in Turkish. To be honest it may be a regional thing, but we (regional) never use "haydı", it's usage is kinda in "poetic" sense if you know what I mean, and mostly plural.
