I feel these 3 have more "modern touch". It is probably an unevitable trend to have tradition meet contempory, east meet west, etc. I will post another Uighur song that has Latin element, corresponding to your folk one. Uyghur girl by Arken Abdulla, a well known Uighur singer in China. It is pretty hard for me to tell the difference between Turkish and Uighur music. Another Turkic group, Kazhks, have a bit different style. Sorry if this is a bit off topic.

These 3 girs are pretty famous. They were from Uzbekistan but made their success after rebasing in Urumqi in 2006. Both of these two MVs were made in the city, with the first one apparently around the central Mosque.
